In our life,the most powerful is Donald Tsang ,Chief Executive in HK.The second is our government.And the third is wealthy merchants,the fourth is the common people.
In Medieval society,king is the most powerful person,no one defied him.If not,the king would kill him.But in Hong Kong,the chief executive,Donald Tsang do not have power to kill them.
